Mr Kaucký emphasized in his introductory speech that all cyber threats involve, directly or indirectly, personal data. Cooperation and mutual communication, not only among government or municipal authorities, but across all those acting in the today´s globalised cyber space, is key for the effort to identify cyber threats and to fight them back, preferably even before a specific cybernetical attack occurs.
